3D performance diferent on same file

HI.

we use pdf 3d dravings often and one feature that is important to us is when you highlight some anotation it highlights part of the 3d part that that anotation refers to, at least it did that on the windows 7 and reader version 11.0.18. now we have new hardvare, windows 11 and the leatest reader and cant get that functione to work.

please help, it is a crutial feature.
