3d rendering is slower on windows 10 than windows 7

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2018.011.20040

I have a laptop of the Model Lenovo T450s, when it was on Windows 7 it could open a specific 25MB 3D pdf within 15 seconds. Now after installing the same pc with Windows 10 it takes at least 43 seconds.

I tried to reinstall the pc with Windows 7 and it was back to 15 seconds.

We use the same AV solution (Sophos) and i tried to disable this on Windows 10, it still takes 43 seconds.

All drivers and windows updates are up-2-date.

I have search the forum and google without any solution.

Any ideas are welcome.
