50+ users unabe to print from Acrobat Reader
We have 50+ users who are currently uable to print while using Acrobat Reader - this began with one user and then more and more began to experience it.
When the users clicks the printer icon - the printer window appears - the user then clicks "Print" and this opens the Printer selection drop down menu. No matter what printer is set to the default or if they select Print to PDF, clicking print always opens that drop down menu.
I will add in most cases, they are opening a pdf from outlook to print.
We have completed basic troubleshooting with Adobe Chat with no success.
If we move the users to Acrobat Pro they can print from there.
If they save the document, right click on it, and choose print that will print the document. However, these steps are taking up valuable time.
This issue begain in mid december with our first encounter of the problem.
