64-bit version Reader DC needs to be made available on Day One

The 64-bit version of Reader DC is (apparently) released on a slower schedule compared to the 32-bit version, this is going to cause a lot companies big problems where the 64-bit version is required.  Even now the 32-bit version is being auto-updated to the 64-bit by AAUS, so the question is why is Adobe preventing the availability of the offline installer for 64-bit?

Besides, having AAUS upgrade the 32-bit installation to a 64-bit installation is causing another major issue for companies that use modern deployment systems like Intune. Every managed user see's installation failures because the detection locations are now different.

If we must change to 64-bit because Adobe wishes then both versions should at least be available for manual offline installation on the same date, accreditation scans are extremely important to your customers so the Adobe decision to release the 64-bit installer later must be replaced with industry standards where releases by version number is scheduled on a single day regardless of 32-bit\64-bit differences.
