7 day trial adobe reader premium

Signed up for the trial on my iPad, but it won't activate just says try now then you do and it asks you to manage or keep your subscription. Went to chat but they only handle desktop enquires not mobile ones they said post in the forum and you will get a reply from the mobile department. What do I do? Seen others have the same issue. When will I be able to use my trial? Do they even reply?
