A drawing error occured

I too have this problem with Adobe Acrobat. I have the version 21.0 and a brand new PC build. I'm not an expert on this, but this is a build I got when I asked for a PC that would be good for 3D modeling, vector drawing and game development so it should definitely be able to process editing a 2 page PDF.

The file opens and I can edit it. There is a latency when editing the texts and when I move text boxes they disappear for a while before moving. The problem has now occurred on same file multiple times;
- I open the file and start editing the texts and moving text boxes
- I move the text boxes with arrow keys (for accuracy).
- When trying to move a text box more than few pixels at a time (either tapping the arrow key quickly or holding it down) at some point the box turns white and error message pops up. Then pieces of the PDF start following up and turn white either all at once or when I click them.

- After this I can scroll for a bit or click around, other error messages pop and then the program crashes.

This is after trying to move the three text boxes that now appear white, about 100px up holding down arrow key.

After this I clicked other elements and they turned white as well. I then clicked "Close" in the top right corner and this popped up:

I click OK and half of the PDF is black, half white and the Close button has disappeared. I try to close the project, it asks for saving, I click cancel as I'm scared I'd save the broken images as well. So I click File -> Save As, to save the file as a copy and the program crashes.
