hello.

I have a problem with installing Adobe Reader. When downloading the program, it gets to 50% complete and then stops and says: Installation succesful. But i need to open one very important pdf file. Is there a way to open it without Reader?

Thanks

    Hi Georgen,

As per the description above, the installer of Acrobat Reader DC stuck at 50%, Is that correct?

Please try the troubleshooting steps from the following link: Troubleshoot Adobe Acrobat Reader installation | Windows

If the issue persists, please use Adobe cleaner tool to remove all the installation files related to Reader: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  (For Windows OS).

For Mac, Run the uninstaller file of Acrobat Reader from Application menu.

Restart your computer, and then try to reinstall the Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Keep us posted with the results.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
