A very important problem
I've used the Adobe reader mobile app for servals months.Nowdays I found the app can't convert image to PDF file.I hope the problem can work out!

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader mobile app. If you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services or Acrobat license, then you can convert image files to PDF.
I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID(email) which you have used to login on Adobe forums and there is no license/subscription registered.
Do you have the license/subscription with another Adobe ID? Is it an Android device or an iOS?
