Abobe Reader hang interrupted without a reason

I encountered the above mentioned issue in Reader DC, could anyone help for a solution?

    Hi Stephenl,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As the application hangs while working on PDF, try the troubleshooting steps provided here: Troubleshoot Windows system errors, freezes | Adobe software

    Also, try to repair the installation. For that, launch the application and go to Help Menu.

    Then select Repair installation from the list. Restart your system and check if it works fine now.

    Make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.

    If you still experience the issue, let us know the exact dot version of Adobe Acrobat reader DC and the OS version installed on your system.

    To check the dot version of the application, launch the application and go to Help menu > About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

    A small window will open with the application name and dot version number at the top.
