In Adobe Reader 10, 11, DC I want to stop automatic updating on a proxy server.

Please tell me which url to set.

Therefore, I want to block the site to download the update with a proxy.

Please tell me the URL to block.

For example, "https://armmf.adobe.com"?

Its not recommended to disable updates for Reader, however if you want to do that, you need to make some changes to the registry as described in this link: Windows Updates (assuming you are on Windows)
