About "Commmand + u" shorcut key of highlight

In this website(written in Japanese), it is written that to switch highlight stools(highlight, underline, delete line), push "Shift + u" in Mac. But it doesn't work. I can't switch them and only the delete line is adapted.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
