AC reader - The memory could not be read.

Question

Good Morning When opening AcroRd32.exe as a user, nothing happens, when opening as an administrator, the following error occurs:

The instruction at 0x000000005690CB1A referenced memory at 0x0000000000000004. The memory could not be read.

Software is already in the latest version: 20.13.20074.18474

• Application uninstalled and reinstalled
• Troubleshooting according to the link:
https://helpx.adobe.com/br/acrobat/kb/error-acrobat-reader-running-cannot.html
• Attempted to add the application in Data Execution Prevention but Windows displays the following message: This program must be run with data execution protection (DEP) enabled. You cannot disable DEP for this program.
• OS W10 updated with version 1909

Can someone help me solve this problem please

You should check the Windows event log for further information. There seems to be something wrong in you OS.
