Access denied

When I open the Adobe Reader, it showws "Access Denied" and I can't sign in my account. But when I close the window, I can use the software as usual.

Is it a bug or something wrong with my account? I have reinstalled Adobe several times but that didn't work.

As you get the Access Denied error message, could you please confirm if it occur when you try to send the document for signature or when you just try to sign in to the application?

Please try signing in to the Acrobat online account using the following link: https://documentcloud.adobe.com and let us know if you get access without any issues.

Share the screenshot of the error message you get when try to sign in.

Yeah, I can use the cloud service. The software error show this:

Also, I have changed several email addresses and it was useless.
