product : Adobe Reader XI

When I was login my account, it said

"access was denied You no longer have access to this service. If you think it is wrong, please contact Adobe customer support."

    Hi wendywang,

    Could you please share your Adobe ID in a private message.

    To initiate the private message, hover your cursor over the profile name of the person to whom you need to send the message.

    Then click on Message tab below on pop-up window.

    Note: Please do not share your Adobe ID or any personal details on the forum or any other social sites.

    Also, try once to log in here: Adobe ID

    Check if you are able to log in without any issues.
