Accidentally deleted Adobe Reader

I am trying to reinstall but...it keeps stopping me at this step. i tried to uninstall and cannot. evidently i deleted some part of it.
This is where installation stops: To proceed, open your download folder and locate the Adobe Reader Installer file, named like “readerdc[xxx]_install.exe”.

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
