Accidentally deleted the language package

Hi,

In trying to clear some space on my Mac, I was advised to go through my applications and clear out the languages that I never needed to use on them. Stupidly, I've accidentally deleted the English one from my Adobe Acrobat Reader application and I'm now seeing everything in Ukrainian (I think!). I've since cleared my trash (before realising what I'd done) and can't seem to work out how to get it back 1) because deleting the app to reinstall it doesn't seem to work and 2) because I can't understand anything in the preferences to try and start looking on there.

Is there any way I can redownload the English pack into the app? Or any way of just starting again? When I try to redownload it, I get the message that there is a higher version in the installation location, even when I've deleted it. I'm very confused!!

Any help would be perfect!
