Account issues with adobe acrobat

I've had a subscription to adobe suites for about 6 months, I've been using photoshop, indesign, and acrobat the whole time. I've been working on a project in acrobat, editing a pdf, and tonight I tried to edit the same pdf, and it's asking me to start a free trial. I've checked my adobe account, my plan is the same and paid and up to date, but i'm not being given access to acrobat pro. I've now had to get a free trial to acrobat pro, despite the fact that I'm already paying for the service, and now I'm being denied the service I've paid for.
