Account Termination
Hello, I am searching on ways how to communicate with the help services in adobe. but all i get is the virtual chat and its in japanese and it hard to communicate with it. its giving me different options. I forgit what account i was using in my adobe, and i thought i cancelled my subscription months ago. And i checked my bills and im still paying the subscrition. i tried logging in all of my accounts, but all of them are not subscribed to adobe anymore. any one can advice on this? since i can't contact adobe directly...thank you in advance
