Acesso ao wifi

O meu app do adobe não está acesso a rede mesmo o computador possuindo acessado, gostaria de saber como solucionar este problema, Já tentei ver no firewall, e em outras configurações mas tudo demonstra estar normal.

    Hope you are doing well. 

    When you say the Adobe app is not accessing the  network, does this mean it's not connecting to the internet/ 

    Do you get any error messages while trying to connect to the network/ How did you recognize that it has trouble connecting to the network? Please elaborate on this a bit more to understand the issue.

    Bom Noite Akanchha,

    No momento que tento fazer o login aparece essa mensagem, como a que está em anexo, já tentei fazer as opções que você me solicitou e ainda não consegui resolver. 

    Você teria uma outras opção para resolver este problema.

    Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:
