Acrobat 2020 Pro - There was an error while reading this Stream or Insufficient Data For An Image

Has anyone know how to fix this errors?
The user is getting either "Insufficient Data For An Image" error or "There was an error while reading this stream" or they get white blank pages.

Have user that getting this for the past few weeks with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling adobe, turning off updates and installing the previous update, have tried turning off page cache in settings. Nothing seem to get rid of this error.She viewing files at 75% zoom for the most part so adjusting it to 100% or some other zoom would be a bit insufficient as it would be harder to view due to the resolution. Either getting this error or blank pages with random PDFs

 

Update (06/22): We are still having this problem after reinstalling her whole desktop (upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11) and reinstalling Adobe (without updates). Anyone else have any ideas?

We also seem to have this same problem for another user in the same office now. It also causing file explorer to crash as well randomly.

As mentioned, the error appears when opening a PDF in Acrobat 2020. Could you please confirm if it happens with some particular PDFs or with all?

Share the Acrobat 2020 and OS version numbers of the machines where the issue occurs.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of what happened. 

 

For the crash, try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document for a crash: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html.

it crashes/gives the error on random PDFs. their doesn't seem to be any commonality with the issue we are seeing on our end. We have installed Adobe 2020 multiple times, trying also using a old version we had when we first installed it to the newest version and using different patches available from adobe.com website thinking it due to something with the patch version, still no luck fixing it.
