    Hi,

We have released an update today that fixes the crash issue. This update will be automatically applied to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader DC. You can also open Acrobat or Reader DC and visit Help > Check for updates to make sure you are on the latest patch.

Details about the release: Acrobat Help | Release notes | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC | Update

Please let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

Thanks. This sounds very like an error other people have reported. For Adobe's comments and a work-around please see post 41 in Re: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working

I am having the same issue.  I try to open  a PDF file and the program stops working.  When I run  trouble shooting I am told the it is an incompatible program -- Fix program AcroRd32 is incompatible.  We are running on Windows 10 x64.
