Acrobat crash

Sorry for the delay in response.

We assume you are referring to the free desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, which is crashing while using Fill & Sign feature?

Is this a case with one specific PDF or with multiple PDFs? Does Acrobat crashes while using any other Tool?

You may check the following steps for troubleshooting-

• Reboot computer.
• Check if you have the latest version installed. Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
• If this doesn't work, then repair the installation. Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation
• Refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested here: Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows
• If none of the solution provided works, then uninstall the application using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and reinstall it Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
