Acrobat DC crashes when I open it on my Win 11 machine. It was working fine until a few days ago.

Event Viewer reports:

Steps I have taken to resolve:

1. reboot

2. uninstall/reinstall Adobe DC

3. uninstall all adobe components including creative cloud. used the creative cloud cleaner tool, reboot, reinstall CC and Adobe

None of these solutions have resolved the issue. Other pdf readers work on my system.

Any suggegtions would be appriciated.

Hi @Jacob267583735jxq

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused, and thanks for sharing the troubleshooting performed.

Since you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, we'd suggest you try the steps given in this helpful article here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

Ig nothing works, then

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

If you don't get any fruitful results even after uninstalling the application using the cleaner tool, then collect the following logs and share them with us.

Please collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html  share them by uploading to cloud storage (any)

 Procmon Logs:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html

Thanks,

Akanchha
