Acrobat DC Customization Wizard links dead

Hello All,

I'm looking to deploy Acrobat Reader DC (we have a deployment license) and need the Customization Wizard to make some changes. Following the documentation brings me to the Cust Wizard's user guide here

which offers a the following download link which is on an archaic FTP server:

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/misc/

Now, aside from the fact that this is 2020 and FTP is dead as a Dodo (Chrome and Firefox are in the process of removing all FTP support), it appears the FTP server is dead, too, because it's not even reachable. 

Now I wonder if there's a download facility for the Customization Wizards hidden somewhere which actually works and
