Acrobat DC freezes on open (intro pop-up)

New installation of Acrobat, iOS Monterey up-to-date.  When I open Acrobat after install, I get a tour pop-up that freezes and I cannot close out of.  I then have to force-quit Acrobat.  Have tried reinstall several times to no avail.  Thanks for any hel
