Acrobat DC freezes with pop up

I keep getting this pop-up and it just freezes and I have to force quit.

Tried reinstalling and using the cleaning tool, and tried different hard drives, but no luck.

If the issue still occurs, try reinstalling Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
