Acrobat DC not updating the 'recent file' list correctly when working with icloud

When I open and then close a file from my icloud drive, Acrobat DC does not update its 'recent files' list. Yes, it same any changes to the drive, but the recent list will not update. Hence if DC crashes, I loose the information on all the files that I was working with simultaneously (and this is a number that is usually around 20). Bottom line: VERY annoying....

Also, it won't let me add the icloud drive to locations in My Computer for savings, for instance.
