Acrobat DC will not open

I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times.  Acrobat DC is my preferred PDF reader.  I have been using Microsoft Edge, but I have NOT made it my PDF reader.  After I install, it works, then I open and use Edge, and it doesn't work after that.  Any thoughts?

    As per the issue description above, it looks like the MS edge is your default PDF viewer. Kindly make sure that Acroabt Reader is your defalut PDF viewer and for that kindly follow this help document:
