Acrobat DC Wont launch on Samsung Galaxy Go Windows 11 Laptop

i have a Samsung Galaxy Go windows 11 laptop and i have installed Adobe Acrobat DC reader from the Adobe website. 

A Desktop shortcut is created but when i go to open a PDF with Acrobat DC reader i get a spinning mouse and the adobe icon appears on taskbar. Application shows as running in Taskmanager. but no UI appears

i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. i have attempted a SFC /scannow in Command prompt. i have attempted to repair the application though modification in control pannel. 

Any other advise?
