Acrobat Document Cloud Crashes constantly

Hello Adobe

I loaded some documents to the document-cloud.

I want to edit these documents, but unfortunately after some minutes the program crashes. It’s really enjoying!

If I click “Help” -> “Update”, Adobe informs me that the program is up to date.

I work on Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.3

Hi Yasmin,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you experience the crash issue when trying to edit the PDF, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Troubleshoot Mac OS 10.x system errors, freezes | Adobe software

Then check if you still experience the issue.

If that does not help, try to reset the application preferences.

Take help of the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

If the issue still persists, run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on your machine.

Then restart our machine and re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
