Acrobat doesn't start

Hi to all. After a resintall of O.S. on my PC (w10pro 32) and the reinstall of Acrobat Reader, it doesn't start when I click on the desktop icon, or whe   I launch it from e-mail attachments (thunderbird) or when I double click from resource explorer or when I right click and open with.

Deinstalled and reinstalled but no changes.

Some hint? Many thanks

    Or better, it runs but doesn't display interface.
