acrobat odobe reader export to pdf function not working

same problem. I click export and nothing happens. No choices pop up.

Jut to be sure we're on the same page, is this what you've been doing?

1. Open PDF in Adobe Reader

2. Click the dropdown that says "Export PDF"

3. Choose Convert to: Microsoft Excel (*.xlsx) or some other available file type

4. Click the "Convert" button

5. Click the checkmark at the top-right of the screen

6. Choose a location in the "Save as" dialog that you can find later

7. Look for that file in that location and not find anything

If you are doing it differently, what are the exact steps?

Can you convert online from https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?

I have the same problem, reinstalling does not help.
