Acrobat online frezes

Dear all, I'm experiencing several issues when accessing Acrobat online tools. The webpage does not fully load and Firefox and other browsers show a popup message that the webpage cannot be loaded. The attached image shows what I see. I hop someone can help me. Thank you!

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Have you tried opening the website using a different web browser? If not, then try the following steps and see if that helps-

1- Check with a different web browser.

2- If that works, delete the cache and cookies for the current one and try again. 

3- Can you access the same tools from the Acrobat desktop application? Please check if they are loading

Hello,

 

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I cleared cache and history for each browser and I still have the same issue. Can't replicate on my PC. I only use free version of acrobat reader
