Acrobat Print preview is always blank

Question

Hi guys, every file I try to print, in the print preview it keeps coming up blank therefore only printing blank pages. Someone was fiddling around with my acrobat settings yesterday but we haven't figured out what is going on.

Hi Johnd,

Where are your pdf files that you are trying to print? Is it on web browser or via desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader?

If you are viewing the pdf online via web browser and trying to print directly from there, then you may download the pdf first> open in Adobe Reader and then "Print".

If you are already viewing them on desktop application, then you may try the troubleshooting steps suggested in help doc.

Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Let us know if this doesn't fix the problem.
