Acrobat Pro DC 32 bit Reader Addin

We have a copy of Acrobat Pro DC provided to us by our state government and when we try to open LiveCycle forms it gives an error and what we have noticed is that in IE Add In's there is only 32 bit Architecture but on some systems that have both 32 and 64 it works fine.  Is there some sort of update or other application that might be turning this on or is there no 64 bit IE add in with the Acrobat Pro DC install?

Currently what we are having to do to remedy this issue is to install Adobe Reader which isn't a fix whatsoever its an annoyance for the user....  Suggestions?

    Hi djtechie,

    Sorry for the delay in response. 

    With Acrobat Pro DC you will get 32bit Add-on and you may face this issue. I would suggest installing Reader DC https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/enterprise/ With Reader you can have 64bit Add-on.

    If you already have figured another solution to this problem, please respond with your findings that will help others.
