Acrobat Pro Dc on my mobile device

Hi all,

I recently purchased Acrobat DC Pro on desktop. I was informed that I can take advantage of the similar features on my IOs. When I sign in with the same account information used to subscribe to DC, The mobile app still ask me to subscribe to the product.

Tried restore purchase with no luck./ Please help
