Acrobat Process does not close process after closing a PDF

Hi everyone,

I am hoping someone can assist. I have a few windows 10 users on the latest Acrobat Reader that are experiencing a few issues. When opening a PDF file and closing it, the process itself does not end.

This results in the next PDF failing to open and nothing is displayed on the screen.

Is there a fix for this?
