Acrobat Read DC closing after opening file

Hi,

When I open a file (pdf) the acrobat Read DC close a few seconds after, I can open the program, but if I select to open a pdf file, the Acrobat close. I create dump file but I don't no to send to support Team.

(I open and check for updates and repair installation, the problem continues.)

    Hey Inoque,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble and thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps performed.

    Since you have Repaired installation and checked for update, then we would like to try the following steps suggested below-

    1- Make sure you have the latest patch installed: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

    2- Check with a different pdf than the one you are opening.

    3- For testing, Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader.

    Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.

    4- If nothing works, then uninstall application using cleaner tool once: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html 

    and install through: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
