Acrobat Reader 11 bleibt nicht der Standard PDF Reader auf Terminal Server 2012 R2

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem, auf unseren Terminal Servern, Windows Server 2012 R2.

Dort hatten wir früher den PDFexchange installiert, aufgrund von inkompatibilität mussten wir den deinstallieren und den Acrobat Reader 11 installieren.

Nur bleiben irgendwie Reste vom PDFexchange und der Acrobat Reader 11 bleibt nicht als Standard PDF Viewer erhalten. Nach einer Neuanmeldung ist kein Viewer als Standard hinterlegt.

Bei den Installationen haben wir verschiedene Arten getestet, es bleibt immer noch so Fehlerhaft

Die Registry Keys haben wir bereits angepasst, leider auch ohne Erfolg.

    Firstly, I would recommend using Acrobat Reader DC than Reader XI as it is declared End of support Adobe Acrobat XI and Adobe Reader XI End of Support | Adobe Document Cloud

    Also, you may check how to make Reader as default PDF Handler: Setting the Default PDF Viewer — Enterprise Administration Guide
