As a result I am unable to download pdfs. This is an issue.

Please can you help?

    Hi Southwarkf49883686,

Please confirm the web browser you are using.

If you are using Firefox, go to Tools>Options>Advanced>General>Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available" and disable if it is enables.

If this doesn't work, delete the profile you are using and create a new one, and try to reproduce the issue and see if it still happens.

If the issue still persists, try the following for testing purpose only:

    • Launch Adobe Reader
    • From the menu, choose Edit>Preferences>General
    • Uncheck the option for "Enable protected mode"

And check for the same in your browser.

If none of these work, you may unisntall and reinstall the program using the cleaner tool in the link below and see if it works:

Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Thanks,

    Supriya
