Hello,

My acrobat reader pdf files won't print or save. I reinstalled the program & it worked, but did the same thing again today. What can I do to fix this issue?

What happens, exactly, when you try to print or save the file? Does it happen with all files, or just some?

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

Hi, Thanks for replying. It's been working ever since I restarted my pc. I have windows 10. It would have a message that the file couldn't print & it wouldn't save. I'm sure it will happen again. A techy I talked to said that he's never seen that. I wonder if it has something to do with my computer, it's a new Acer laptop.
