Acrobat Reader Completely Not Working

Hello,
Over a week ago, I was suddenly unable to open PDFs on my PC - Windows 10.
Click to open PDF, just get the little blue spin for a second, then nothing.
Adobe Acrobat app is the same (blue spin and nothing) - it will not even open.
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled Acrobat Reader several times.
No change.
No error messages - just nothing.

Please confirm if you are experiencing an issue with Acrobat Reader or the Acrobat Pro application.

As the application gets stuck at opening PDF, try the troubleshooting steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html. 

Ensure that you update the application to the latest version. In the application, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates.

 

Reinstall the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/. 

Check if that changes the behavior.

Run this tool after uninstalling it, then try installing it again:
