Acrobat Reader crashing while using Fill and Sign app

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, the application is crashing while using fill and sign, correct?

Would you mind sharing some more information:

-What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed? To check the version of the application Go to Help > Click, About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and share the screenshot?

-What is the version of the OS?

-Is this a behavior with a particular file or with any file you try to fill and sign?

If it still doesn't work,

-Please remove the applicatipon using the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

-Restart the computer

-Install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC using the link - https://get.adobe.com/reader/
