    We're sorry for the trouble you had, would you mind elaborating more about the issue? Are you facing issue with Stamp or with the Shared review in Adobe Reader?

    Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed 19.008.20074, check for the updates from help>check for updates, or manually install the updates from 19.008.20074 Optional update, October 08, 2018 — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

    Are you referring to the Share review feature in Adobe Reader? What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

    Dear  Anand Sri

    未更新前，開啟具有審批功能的文件時(如下圖)，由審批者審批並點選完成時，圖中的黃色對話框會自動消失。

    但更新後，由審批者點選最後審批或批准時，黃色對話框不會消失，且會再次出現圖2對話框讓審批責任者再次點選。

    這樣會造成責任者以為尚未完成而一直點選。造成下位審批者或召集者會收到許多相同的資料
