Acrobat reader dc

Hi, I have acrobat reader dc which up until recently worked well converting pdf's t use in excel/word. i have an email stating my subscription will renew in around 30 days from the date of the email, (14/7/18), but when i now try to convert pdf's it takes me to a page to purchase toe product! I only need to £21 version, but don't want to pay again as they may also take the yearly subscription automatically again!

Can any one at adobe help with the please?

    Hello Keithp,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had while converting PDFs to Word/Excel using Adobe Reader, the record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

    In Adobe Reader, sign out, reboot the machine, and sign back in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader, then try exporting any PDF file to Word or Excel.

    If the issue persists with Adobe Reader while converting the PDF, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    For more troubleshooting, refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
