Acrobat Reader DC 21.001.20145 dosen't start with WIN10 VER20H2

Some days ago, my AR dosen't start. The Update Service is running, but no AR window come up. The Browser Plug in works. Any ideas what I can check. Thx for a short replay. Markus

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described Acrobat Reader DC wont start and no Acrobat Reader window comes up.

 

Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights and try using the application there and check if that helps.

 

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Hi Amal, 

 

thx a lot for your answer. Unfrotunately it doesn't work. The situation is the same.. Also the run as admimistator doesn't help. Any other ideas?

Sorry for the delay in response. Have you tried to remove and reinstall the application as described earlier?
