Acrobat Reader DC - AdobeARM.log - all BITS attempts failed - Error Code: -2147009791

I've got an installation of Acrobat Reader DC which is automatically updating as expected. However, when I examine contents of AdobeARM.log, I observe the following BITs-related error:
