Acrobat Reader DC Crashes

Hi,

Acrobat reader DC crashes when I open some filled pdf forms. These forms can be opened with chrome without any issue.

Here are what I have tried

1. Fully re-installed Acrobat Reader

2. Removed all adobe folders in appdata folder

The version is 2021.007.20091

I have also attached crash log
