Acrobat Reader DC crashes when emailing pdf through Outlook 2013

I've searched through all the most recent posts like this one:  Attaching PDFs to email crashes Acrobat DC   and this one: Re: Acrobat Reader DC crashes when sending pdfs via email  and neither of those fixes work for me.

We have a small Citrix server farm (7 servers running Windows Server 2012 R2) and whenever someone opens a pdf and then tries to use the email function (to attach and email through Outlook, which is on Office 365 using Outlook 2013) Acrobat Reader DC crashes.  We're on the latest version on all servers (17.009.2044) and they show no available updates. This happens on all 7 servers.  WE did recently move to Office 365 from an on-premise Exchange 2013 environment.  This issue popped up shortly after that.

    Hi Camride, dmitriyv38264894,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, Reader DC is crashing when sending pdf using Outlook 2013, is that correct?

Try removing Microsoft Visual C++ Run time and re-downloaded it and re-install it using the following link: Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download Center

Reboot the servers and try again.

Let us know how it goes.

    Shivam
