Dear community, I have the following problem: A PDF file can be opened by 2 users at the same time without warning. I get the warning for doc files in the same folder. Can someone help me? thanks

Thank you, specifically it is a standard form that is filled out. Is there a way to prevent simultaneous opening or to display a warning?
